Chocolate Orange Fudge

  1. Spray lightly a 9x13 inch pan with non stick cooking spray.
  2. In large pan combine sugar, margarine, and evaporated milk.
  3. Bring to a boil stirring constantly.
  4. Boil over medium heat until candy thermometer reaches 230-235*.
  5. Remove from heat; add marshmallow creme and chocolate chips.
  6. Blend until smooth.
  7. Stir in vanilla, orange extract and orange peel.
  8. Pour into prepared pan, cool at room temperature.
  9. *Make sure you use Real Orange Extract, it gives it a much better flavor.
