Toasted Onigiri (Rice Balls)
- 2 bowls Plain cooked rice
- 1/2 tsp *Dashi stock granules
- 1 + 1/2 teaspoons *Soy sauce
- 1 tsp *Sesame oil
- Mix the rice with the ingredients marked * and firmly shape.
- Cook both sides in a pan with no oil.
- Try not to touch them too much and cook over low medium heat.
- They contain sesame oil so remember to form them firmly.
- It's easier to eat them if you wrap in plastic wrap or foil.
