Quick Beef Stroganoff made in a Fry Pan

  1. Wash the rice, set the rice cooker with the same amount of water as usual and add butter.
  2. Cook as usual.
  3. When it's done, mix the dried parsley, salt and pepper.
  4. Put 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan.
  5. Saute the sliced onions until golden brown.
  6. Add the beef and mushrooms, and saute until cooked
  7. Add the canned tomatoes and finely chopped garlic, and saute until the tomato is cooked.
  8. Add the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup, and mix.
  9. Add the milk and bring to a boil.
  10. Add the sour cream, heat through for 2 minutes and it's done!
