Geralds Cheez It Chicken
- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken cut in small pcs
- 1 lb butter melted
- 1 box cheez it crackers crushed
- 1 salt pepper garlic powder to taste
- spread chicken out on a cutting board and season with salt pepper and garlic powder
- in a large baking pan pour about a quarter inch of melted butter and toss in some cheeze it crumbs till bottom.
- is covered
- dump the chicken into the remaining butter and start pulling it back out and arranging in your pan in a single layer
- when its all in the pan pour the rest of the cracker crumbs on top and spread evenly
- pour the rest of the butter on top evenly covering the crackers
- cover your pan with foil or lid and bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
- then remove cover and bake about 15 more min until crackers start to crisp up
