Massepain Genoise

  1. Preheat oven at 180 degress celsius
  2. Mix in the flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and baking powder in a medium bowl.
  3. Add the eggs and mix.
  4. Add milk, oil and vanilla and mix for another 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the mixture in a greased mould and put in oven for 45 minutes.
  6. Whip the cream and decorate the cake and you can add the chocolate on the cream.
