Cheesy Broccoli Potato Soup

  1. In a large sauce pan or soup kettle, saute onion in butter.
  2. Add potatoes, broccoli, and water.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes and broccoli are tender.
  5. Stir in the milk, soup, garlic salt, and pepper.
  6. Heat through.
  7. Add cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
