Easy Cheeseburger Pie
- 1-1/2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 lb. lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 egg
- 6 CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Sandwich Slices
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cook macaroni as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, brown meat with onions in large nonstick skillet; drain.
- Stir in tomatoes, ketchup, mustard and 1/2 cup cheese.
- Drain macaroni; place in large bowl.
- Add butter; toss until melted and macaroni is evenly coated.
- Stir in egg and 1/2 cup of the remaining cheese.
- Press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spread meat mixture over macaroni mixture, leaving 1-inch border around edge; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake 25 min.
- or until heated through.
- Top with pickles.
