Ground Turkey Casserole Recipe
- 2 pound fresh grnd turkey
- 1 box croutettes stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/4 c. onions
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Brown turkey in frying pan.
- Add in salt and pepper.
- Saute/fry celery and onions in butter.
- Mix with croutons and c. of broth.
- Layer turkey, then stuffing, then turkey and remaining stuffing.
- Combine chicken soup (cream) and remaining broth.
- Put on top of stuffing.
- Cover with foil, 45 min.
- Remove for last 15 min or possibly bake 1 hour till brown, at 350 degrees.
