Pork Salad Croissants
- 2 cups diced pork tenderloin
- 1 medium tart apple, diced
- 12 cup halved red seedless grapes
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 14 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons chutney
- 12 teaspoon salt
- lettuce leaf
- 4 plain croissants, split
- In a bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients; mix well.
- Serve on lettuce-lined croissants.
