Barbecue Chicken Recipe

  1. Combine the ingredients for the barbecue sauce in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring.
  2. Place the chickens in a large baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
  3. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min, then at 250 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hrs.
  4. (Or possibly use the sauce to baste the chickens as they cook over a charcoal fire for about an hour, or possibly till done.
  5. Cooking time on a charcoal grill can vary greatly, depending on the fire.)
  6. Yield: Each chicken serves 3-4 people.
