Sesame Almond Slaw
- 1 packages ramen noodles
- 3/4 cup shredded cabbage
- 3/4 cup shredded romaine
- 2 tbsp sliced green onions
- 2 tsp slivered almonds, toasted
- 2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp canola oil
- 1 tsp water
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- split ramen noodles in half, save half, break rest apart and place in large bowl
- add cabbage, lettuce, onion, almonds, and sesame seeds
- dressing: combine rest of ingredients in a jar with tight fitting lid and shake well
