Quick Spicy Bean Soup Recipe Calstanhope
- 1 15-ounce can refried beans (any variety)
- 1 15-ounce can diced tomatoes
- 1 15-ounce can pinto beans with onion, undrained (or any variety of beans)
- 1 7-ounce can mild, chopped green chiles
- 2 cups of beef or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon garlic hot sauce
- 1 medium potato, peeled and diced
- Combine all ingredients in a soup pot or large saucepan and mix well.
- Heat to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
