Cute Heart-Shaped Fried Egg

  1. Cut the fish sausage into 4 pieces lengthwise.
  2. This lets you create 2 heart-shaped fried eggs.
  3. Make a heart shape with the sausages.
  4. Use a toothpick at the top and bottom to hold it in place.
  5. Place the upper one in a way that you can easily remove it later.
  6. Heat oil in a pan, and carefully crack open 2 eggs in the center of the sausage heart shapes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper as desired, then close with a lid and cook to your desired firmness.
  8. Transfer to a plate and remove the toothpicks and they're complete.
