Cute Heart-Shaped Fried Egg
- 1/2 Nissui fish sausage
- 1 Egg
- 1 dash Oil
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- Cut the fish sausage into 4 pieces lengthwise.
- This lets you create 2 heart-shaped fried eggs.
- Make a heart shape with the sausages.
- Use a toothpick at the top and bottom to hold it in place.
- Place the upper one in a way that you can easily remove it later.
- Heat oil in a pan, and carefully crack open 2 eggs in the center of the sausage heart shapes.
- Season with salt and pepper as desired, then close with a lid and cook to your desired firmness.
- Transfer to a plate and remove the toothpicks and they're complete.
