All-American Baked Beans
- 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter
- 1 large (1 cup) onion, chopped
- 1 medium (1 cup) green bell pepper, chopped
- 6 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American, quartered
- 1 (15.5-ounce) can butter beans, drained*
- 1 (15.5-ounce) can pinto beans, drained
- 1 (15.5-ounce) can light red kidney beans, drained
- 1 (15-ounce) can baked beans, undrained
- 1/4 cup mild molasses
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Spray 2-quart casserole dish with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
- Melt butter in 12-inch skillet over medium heat; add onion and bell pepper.
- Cook 5-7 minutes or until tender.
- Add cheese and all remaining ingredients; stir to combine.
- Pour into prepared casserole dish.
- Bake, uncovered, 50-55 minutes or until bubbly.
- *Substitute Great Northern beans.
