Amanda's Lamb meatballs

  1. Mix all ingredients together except olive oil for the pan.
  2. Roll mixture into balls and fry in pan till brown on both sides.
  3. Add to crockpot on low for 4 hrs.
  4. I added McCormicks au jus half way up the meatballs for moisture.

ground lamb, shallot, garlic, bread crumbs, ground cumin, ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon, oregano, olive oil, salt, black pepper, mint, olive oil
