Chilled Cucumber-Yogurt Soup with Radishes

  1. Combine yogurt, cucumbers, garlic, salt, cumin, curry and ginger in blender.
  2. Puree until smooth.
  3. Strain through fine sieve into large bowl.
  4. Refrigerate until well chilled, about 2 hours.
  5. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead.
  6. Keep refrigerated.)
  7. Ladle soup into bowls.
  8. Top with radishes and serve.
