Guacamole Dip Recipe
- 1/2 c. Best Foods Real, Light or possibly Cholesterol Free Reduced Calorie Mayonnaise
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled, mashed (about 1 1/2 c.)
- 2 tbsp. cilantro, minced (optional)
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 to 2 pickled Jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- Combine all ingredients.
- Cover; chill.
- Makes about 1 3/4 c..
