Baked Creamy Mac And Cheese
- 1 box Large box of macaroni
- 2 packages Cheddar Cheese
- 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 tbsp Ground Mustard
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 5 tbsp Butter
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- In a medium heat skillet melt butter and 1 package of cheddar cheese.
- Stir constantly so cheese does not burn
- Cook macaroni al dente
- Combine all ingredients and 1/2 of the last pack of cheese in a bowl.
- Make sure to add enough salt and pepper.

- Add mixture to a deep casserole pan
- Top with reminder of cheddar cheese and add bread crumbs or onion straws
- Bake at 375F for 30 minutes.
- Broiling at the end for a browner top
