Apple N' Spice Muffins Recipe

• 1 c. Apple sauce
• 2 x Large eggs
• 1/3 c. Vegetable oil
• 1/2 c. Minced nuts
• 1/2 c. Raisins
• 2 1/2 c. Carnation Basic Muffin Mix

1. In a medium bowl, combine apple sauce, Large eggs, oil, nuts and raisins.
2. Stir in Carnation Basic Muffin Mix till just moistened.
3. Spoon batter equally into 12 greased or possibly paper lined muffiin c.. Bake in 350 F oven for 20-25 min till muffins spring back when lightly touched.
4. Cold slightly; remove from muffin c..
