Chocolate Pie

  1. Melt chocolate and butter.
  2. Cool.
  3. In medium bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy.
  4. Add sugar, cornstarch and salt; beat until smooth.
  5. Blend in chocolate mixture.
  6. Gradually add evaporated milk and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  7. Pour into pie shell.
  8. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans.
  9. Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes until top is puffed.
  10. If top browns too quickly, cover last 15 minutes with foil.
