Breakfast smoothie
- 1/4 pineapple
- 1 satsuma
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi
- Cut the pineapple (remove the spiky hair, skin it, remove the eyes then cut into quarters), and add to jug
- Cut banana into roughly quarters and add to jug
- Peel satsuma and add the segments to the jug
- Cut the kiwi into quarters and add to jug.
- You can remove the skin if you like but I leave it in as it is full of nutrients!
- :)
- Use a hand blender to blend all ingredients together until at the consistency you desire!
- It'll come out almost like a non-iced sorbet!
- Really nice start to the day :)
