Scoot's Chick N' Dumplins

  1. In a large pot cover chicken with water add butter, basil, and salt and pepper.
  2. Cook chicken until done about 1 hour on medium heat.
  3. Remove chicken to cool.
  4. Pull meat off bones and return meat to the pot.
  5. Reheat broth and pinch off biscuit dough into broth.
  6. Cook until Biscuits suit you.
  7. Serve with corn bread.
  8. YUM!
