Chocolate Chip Snowballs (Microwave) Recipe

  1. In large mixer bowl; combine butter, water, vanilla, almond extract, sugar and salt.
  2. Stir in flour, pecans if you like and chocolate chips to create a stiff dough.
  3. Divide dough into quarters.
  4. Divide each quarter into 10 to 12 pcs and shape into 1-inch balls.
  5. On round microwave proof plate, arrange 6 balls in a circle.
  6. Microwave on high approximately 1 1/2 min till cookies are set.
  7. If they seem to be baking unevenly, try them on a microwave trivet.
  8. Cold on wire racks.
  9. Repeat with remaining cookies.
  10. Roll in confectioners' sugar.
  11. Makes approximately 3 to 3 1/2 dozen.
