Easy Mushroom Soup With Onion Soup Stock

• 400 ml Onion soup stock
• 3 Shiitake mushrooms (or any other mushroom of your choice)
• 1 Salt

1. Put the onion soup in a large dish, shred the shiitake into the soup, wrap with plastic wrap, then heat in microwave.
2. Keeping the plastic wrap on, let it sit to steam.
3. When the mushrooms become tender, remove the wrap, season with salt to taste, then serve.
