Puerto Rican Sofrito
- 1 onion
- 5 clove of garlic
- 1 aji verde (green pepper)
- 1 aji morron (red pepper)
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 1 leaf of recaito
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Wash and Cut up all your vegetables.
- Add them to your food processor until it reaches a chunky smooth consistency.
- Add the Olive Oil and blend
- At last store it in mason jars or freeze in ice cube trays.
- Start adding the delicious and unique flavors from the Caribbean to your favorite dishes :)
