Crockpot Honey Chicken
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cups Onion Flakes
- 18 cups Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 1- 1/2 pound Chicken Breasts
- In the crockpot, stir all the ingredients except the chicken.
- mAdd the chicken to the sauce, and spoon the sauce over the top to coat the meat.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Remove chicken breasts, cut into cubes or shred.
- Add the chicken back to the crockpot and stir with the sauce.
- Serve over rice, noodles, or even couscous!
