Banana-Peanut Butter & Caramel Bread Pudding
- 3/4 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1-3/4 cups plus 1 Tbsp. milk, divided
- 1/2 cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 1 banana)
- 6 cups challah (egg bread) cubes (1/2 inch)
- 12 Kraft Caramels
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Microwave peanut butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.
- or until melted.
- Whisk in sugar, eggs, 1-3/4 cups milk and banana until blended.
- Add bread; stir to evenly coat.
- Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 40 min.
- or until centre is set.
- Microwave caramels and remaining milk in small bowl 1-1/2 min., stirring after 1 min.
- Stir until caramels are completely melted and sauce is well blended; drizzle over pudding.
- Serve warm.
