Smoky Salmon Cheese Ball Recipe

  1. Drain salmon; remove skin and bones.
  2. Flake salmon with a fork; stir in remaining ingredients, except pecans.
  3. Refrigeratetill slightly hard.
  4. Shape mix into a ball and roll in pecans.
  5. Refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight.
  6. Yield: 1 cheese ball.
