Boursin Ball

• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1 clove garlic minced
• 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
• 1 teaspoon basil
• 1 teaspoon dill weed
• 1 teaspoon chives chopped
• 1 x black pepper to taste, freshly ground

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Shape into a flat round.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes until firm.
4. Peel the plastic wrap off and coat all sides with fresh ground pepper.
