Crustless Quiche Lorraine Recipe
- 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 1 (13 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
- Layer bacon and cheese in bottom of quiche dish (or possibly 9-inch pie plate).
- Beat Large eggs together with flour and pepper, set aside.
- Using temperature probe, heat lowfat milk to 180 degrees.
- Slowly pour heated lowfat milk into Large eggs, beating constantly.
- Pour lowfat milk mix over cheese mix in dish.
- Using Turn Tray, microwave 13 to 15 min on SLOW COOK-3.
- Let stand 5 min before serving.
