Gluten Free PIZZA!!!
- 1 cup gluten free flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup corn oil
- Preheat the oven to 425
- Combine dry ingredients
- Stir in milk and oil
- Spread on to baking pan to form a circle 1/4 of an inch thick
- Cook for 14 minutes or until lightly browned around the edge.
- Remove from oven and add toppings (sauce, cheese, etc)
- Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is bubbly
- Enjoy!
