Sazon Chicken Stirfry

  1. * I used Franks, but can be omitted alltogether ** use more or less cornstarch to suite personal taste.
  2. Less cornstarch for a thinner sauce and vice versa.
  3. Cube the chicken and dice vegetables.
  4. Heat oil in wok or large frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Add chicken and stirfry until almost done.
  6. While the chicken cooks, mix all the sauce ingredients together in small bowl(Sazon can stain, be careful!).
  7. Add to chicken and simmer until sauce thickens.
  8. Add vegetables and stirfy until just crisp tender and evenly coated with sauce.
  9. I served over rice and sprinkled on crushed red pepper for heat and presentation.
  10. Enjoy!

chicken breast, vegetable oil, red bellpepper, green bellpepper, onion, matchstick carrots, water, soy sauce, packet, hot sauce, corn starch
