Tagine (tajine)

  1. Marinate all the ingredients along with cumin, cardamom, salt, and rest for a few hours (at least 30 minutes)
  2. Fry onion in tajine until brown in very small quantity of Olive oil
  3. Add all the marinated things to fried onions
  4. Cover the bottom pan with top of tajine and put on slow fire for almost 1 hour
  5. Check after approximately 1 hour and if natural water is dry and meat seems cooked then you can remove from fire and set aside to cool.
  6. And serve with bread or rice
