Tofu Dip
- 150~200g silken tofu (drain water in a sieve for 5 mins)
- 1/4 onion (minced, sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt and stir, leave for 5 mins, pat dry with paper towels)
- 1/2 can tuna
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp dashi (or soy sauce)
- to taste Salt and pepper
- Put tofu through a strainer with a spatula.
- Add all ingredients and stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
