Leftover Meat With Mustard Green Stew / CHAI BUEY
- 1 liter water
- 3 slice dry tamarind skin or paste
- 10 medium dried red chili pepper
- 1/2 kg green mustard
- 1 kg LEFTOVER MEAT ,ROSTED MEAT , ROSTED CHICKEN AND ROASTED DUCK AND GRAVY
- 1 tbsp dark sauce
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- ALL IN A POT
- In a pot put all left over meat ,tamarind,dried chili ,mustard green and water and once boil put to simmer minimum 1 hour or till mustard is soft and it taste much more flavourfull overnite
- COOKING OPTION IN PRESURE COOKER
- all in the pot on high for 30 minute or longer
