Shaggy Tigers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- 12 cup potato, raw, grated
- 12 cup carrot, raw, grated
- 14 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 cup liquid (milk, tomato sauce)
- In a good sized mixing bowk, mix ingredients very well.
- When well blended, shape into 4 or 5 thick, oval burgers.
- Place in greased baking dish.
- Bake at 425 degrees F for 25 minutes, or until thermometer inserted in center of burgers registers 160 degrees.
- Serve with ketchup, barbecue sauce, and/or mustard.
