Strawberry Pineapple Pisco

• 5 cups chopped fresh pineapple
• 5 cups sliced, hulled strawberries
• 1 bottle (750 ml) pisco

1. Combine all ingredients in a large jar.
2. Cover and refrigerate for 5 days.
3. Strain into the pisco bottle or another large jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
