Sun-Dried Tomato-Garlic Sauce with A.1. Steak Sauce
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3 cups oil packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained, chopped
- 3/4 cup garlic cloves, minced
- 1-1/2 qt. beef broth
- 3 cups A.1. Original Sauce
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add tomatoes and garlic; cook 1 min., stirring occasionally.
- Stir in broth and steak sauce.
- Increase heat to medium-high.
- Cook 5 min.
- or until sauce is reduced slightly, stirring occasionally.
- Keep warm.
- Serve spooned over cooked steak or pork.
