Unique Pork Rice Bowl (Oyster Sauce and Ketchup Pork)
- 1 bowlful for each serving Warm cooked rice
- 350 grams Thinly sliced pork (or pork offcuts)
- 2 Onion
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- Slice the onion into thin wedges.
- Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
- Marinate with the marinade seasonings in a bowl.
- Let it stand for about 30 mins.
- Heat a pan and add oil.
- Saute the onions.
- When it's cooked, season with salt and pepper.
- Put the onions over the rice in a bowl.
- Add more oil if you need to, and saute the marinated pork and marinade in the pan.
- Put the pork over the onion from Step 4.
- Sprinkle on white sesame if you like.
