Meatballs With Risoni

  1. Combine mince with 1/2 cup of stock,egg,breadcrumbs and herbs.
  2. Roll mixture into very small meatballs.
  3. Heat oil in large,deep frypan and brown meatballs.
  4. Pour over rest of stock.
  5. Cook covered for 10 minutes.
  6. Add risoni and tomatoes
  7. Cook another 10 - 15 mins stirring occasionally till pasta is cooked then serve.
  8. Peas or other diced vegies can be added at the same time as risoni.
