Sizzlin Burger & Slaw

  1. Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
  2. Combine ground beef, mustard, salt and pepper in bowl.
  3. Form mixture into 4 patties; place onto grill.
  4. Grill, turning once, 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160F.
  5. and meat is no longer pink in center.
  6. Top each burger with 1 slice cheese; let cheese melt slightly.
  7. Place 1 burger onto each bottom half of bun; top each with 2 tablespoons coleslaw and top half of bun.
