Sizzlin Burger & Slaw
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon German-style mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American
- 1/2 cup deli coleslaw
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
- Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
- Combine ground beef, mustard, salt and pepper in bowl.
- Form mixture into 4 patties; place onto grill.
- Grill, turning once, 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160F.
- and meat is no longer pink in center.
- Top each burger with 1 slice cheese; let cheese melt slightly.
- Place 1 burger onto each bottom half of bun; top each with 2 tablespoons coleslaw and top half of bun.
