Delectable Carob Fudge

  1. Heat the maple syrup and peanut butter on low to medium heat until hot and soft.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9" or 10" glass pie plate or similar pan.
  4. If topping, press coconut or nuts on top.
  5. Chill thoroughly.
  6. Cut and serve.
  7. Keeps up to 3 months refrigerated.
