Broccoli Supreme

  1. Trim off large leaves of broccoli.
  2. Remove tough ends of lower stalks.
  3. Wash broccoli.
  4. Separate flowerets and coarsely chop stalks.
  5. Bring water to a boil; add salt and broccoli.
  6. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Set aside.
  7. Combine soup and next 5 ingredients, mixing well. Fold in broccoli; pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish. Combine stuffing and melted margarine.
  8. Sprinkle around edges of casserole.
  9. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  10. Yield: 8 servings.
