Herbed Porkchops
- 1 kg porkchops
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp red chili flakes
- 1 tsp fresh dill
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 1 cup olive oil
- Mince all the herbs except the chili flakes.
- Then put all the herbs in the olive oil.
- Give it a good stir put in salt and pepper to taste.
- Then marinade the pork in the mixture for 1hr or overnight for great fusion of flaovours.
