Herbed Porkchops

  1. Mince all the herbs except the chili flakes.
  2. Then put all the herbs in the olive oil.
  3. Give it a good stir put in salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Then marinade the pork in the mixture for 1hr or overnight for great fusion of flaovours.
