Marinated Antipasto Tray Recipe

  1. In small bowl or possibly jar, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, water, garlic, warm pepper sauce and salad dressing mix; mix well.
  2. In large bowl, place onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and olives.
  3. Pour dressing over vegetables; toss gently, cover; chill at least 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
  4. 12 servings.
