Bananas in Phyllo Nests

  1. Melt butter in skillet.
  2. Add sugar, liqueur or rum, orange juice and zest.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Continue boiling over medium heat 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  5. Cut bananas in 1/4 inch slices.
  6. Add to mixture and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
  7. Place each Phyllo Nest on dessert plate.
  8. Spoon bananas into center of Phyllo Nests; drizzle hot orange syrup all over filo.
  9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with whipped topping.
  10. Serve immediately.
