Upside-Down Triple-Lemon Ginger Cake
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) lemon cake mix
- 1/2 tsp. lemon zest Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 1-1/2 cups water
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Prepare cake mix as directed on package for 13x9-inch cake, blending lemon zest and ginger into batter before pouring into prepared pan.
- Beat remaining ingredients with mixer 2 min.
- ; pour over batter in pan.
- Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Serve warm.
