Upside-Down Triple-Lemon Ginger Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Prepare cake mix as directed on package for 13x9-inch cake, blending lemon zest and ginger into batter before pouring into prepared pan.
  3. Beat remaining ingredients with mixer 2 min.
  4. ; pour over batter in pan.
  5. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Serve warm.
