Super Easy Tomato Salad
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 2 tsp Vegetable oil
- Scald the tomato in boiling water, peel the skin, cut in half, remove the seeds, then cube into 1 cm pieces.
- Mix the A ingredients, combine with the tomato, then chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- The tomato should be well chilled before serving.
- You can also use cherry tomatoes.
- All you need to do is parboil to remove the skin, then toss with the seasonings.
