AMIEs PINOY Spaghetti SAUCE

  1. Cook the spaghetti in a boiling salted water according to package time.
  2. In a separate pan, saute the garlic and onions for 2 minutes.
  3. Add carrots.
  4. Cook for a few minutes.
  5. Put in the meat and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add liver spreads and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Pour in the tomatoe sauce, catsup, tomatoe paste and water then let it boil and simmer for 30 minutes in a low-medium heat.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Add sugar and hotdogs.
  10. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
  11. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  12. Arrange the spaghetti pasta in an individual plate or in a large serving bowl.
  13. Pour in the sauce over the spaghetti and top with cheese.
  14. Serve hot!!

  16. NOTE: You can use SPICY catsup, if desired.
