Egg Salad Sandwiches
- 6 eggs, hard-cooked
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 12 cup green pepper, chopped
- 12 cup sweet pickle, chopped
- 14 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle juice
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 slices bread
- lettuce leaf
- tomatoes, slices
- In a small bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients.
- On six slices of bread, layer 1/2 cup egg salad, lettuce, and tomato slices.
- Top with remaining bread slices.
